Accessible care close to communities
The Mission has been running a Ten Bedded Hospital at Dhopatari with financial assistance from the Ministry of Tribal Affairs since 2000. The hospital serves poor and in-need Scheduled Tribe communities in and around Changsari without cost.
The hospital provides free treatment, medicines and medical necessities through Out-Patient and In-Patient facilities. Its specialised team includes doctors, nurses, laboratory technicians and supporting staff. Ambulance support is also provided during emergencies.
Mobile healthcare
The Mobile Dispensary Scheme began in 2001 with support from the Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Government of India. A medical team travels with medicines and equipment to remote villages and provides free treatment, medicines and medical advice at the doorstep of beneficiaries.
